January 24 Tax sale not such a bargain.Well I am back and the property sold for 100k. That is 80k above the taxes due. Making a killing in tax salesToday I am heading down to the county court house to watch a tax and sherriff sale. I am interested in finding out what happens to the property on 10800 Bridlepath. The taxes owed are near 20k but the assessed value is close to 200k.
It can't be that easy.
